SYNTHESYS 4th call for scientific visits in one of 18 institutions in Europe is open

SYNTHESYS Project funding is available to provide scientists (Users) based in European Member and Associated States to undertake short visits to utilize the infrastructure (namely the collections, staff expertise and analytical facilities) at one of the 18 partner institutions for the purposes of their research. The funding is free of charge and open to any scientists (students included) based in Europe willing to visit one SYNTHESYS sites for a 1-6 weeks long visit.

Call for nominations to the IMBER Scientific Steering Committee

The Integrated Marine Biogeochemistry and Ecosystem Research project is inviting nominations for three new members for its Scientific Steering Committee (SSC). The SSC is responsible for the development, planning and implementation of science with a goal to "Understand, quantify and compare historic and present structure and functioning of linked ocean and human systems, to predict options for securing or transitioning towards ocean sustainability".
