The EuroMarine foresight workshop 3DSeaFor: Developing Technology and Methods for the Precise Investigation of Marine Animal forest 3D-Structural Complexity will hold a one-day online videoconference on 21 May in order to begin discussions on topics which will comprise the Foresight Workshop in the autumn of 2020.
The first half of the session will focus on establishing the current state of knowledge regarding the statuses and challenges of precise investigation of marine animal forests. This section will include presentations from the 3DSeaFor participants on the main solutions currently being developed and tested. The afternoon will be made up of a plenary discussion on the key points from the morning's presentations and outlining the plans for further developing this information through the in-person workshop.
Only 3DSeaFor participants who have already been registered may interact during the conference, however anyone may view the stream of the conference, as there may be relevant information for those interested in this research area.
Contact the organisers of the event for details on how to access the videoconference.
