The National University of Ireland Galway (NUI-Galway) has announced openings for three full-time, fixed term positions within their Department of Microbiology. Funded by the SFI Research Professorship Innovative Energy Technologies for Biofuels, Bioenergy and a Sustainable Irish Bioeconomy (IETSBIO3), the successful applicants will help carry out an ambitious research programme on new energy production processes from organic wastes in support of a self-sufficient energy sector.
